Network
Your network on one map
Every branch with its location, format and channel — company branch, dealer or partner — its lead, its supervisor and its code. Search by branch, city, supervisor or code.
Operations platform for branch networks
Nuqta brings together your branches' data, permits, visits and field work. Each branch lead knows what their branch needs today; head office sees where the whole network stands.
Branch data lives in scattered spreadsheets, and every manager has their own copy.
An expired permit is found when the municipality visits — not a month before.
Nobody knows when the supervisor last visited the Abha branch, or what they found.
Branch photos sit in WhatsApp groups; stock counts are numbers written from memory.
Nuqta puts all of it in one place, with clear permissions and a record of every change.
How it works
The same map; each step shows something different about your branches.
46 branches
Network
Every branch with its location, format and channel — company branch, dealer or partner — its lead, its supervisor and its code. Search by branch, city, supervisor or code.
Completeness
Each branch has a completeness score that says exactly what's missing: coordinates, opening hours, floor area, branch lead. One list orders the branches from the most incomplete to the least.
Compliance
Municipality licence, civil defence, lease: alerts at 90, 30 and 7 days, with the expired at the top of the list. Locks hold a branch's data until it's corrected.
Field work
Six photos from fixed angles every month, and a count of what's on the shelf. Works offline and uploads when the signal returns; the supervisor approves, or sends it back with a reason.
Visits
Supervisors plan their visits, record a rating and notes, and see the branches nobody has visited in 30, 60 or 90 days — oldest first.
Alerts
In-app alerts for each person by their branches, and a morning SMS digest for those who want it: how many are open, the most urgent, and a link straight to them.
Who it's for
Every role has its limits: a branch lead can't see their branch's rent, and a regional supervisor can't edit a branch outside their region.
The cycle
You set it up once; then the cycle turns every month on its own.
Branches, cities, people and assignments from an Excel template. Every row with a problem comes back to you with its reason.
Each branch gets its lead, supervisor and region. Permissions and who receives tasks follow from that.
On the first of each month tasks are created automatically: photos, counts, whatever your templates define.
Supervisors approve or send back; sensitive changes pass an approval chain you define.
Restock from approved counts, renew before expiry, visit where it's been too long.
Coming soon
Additions being built now.
Each new review reaches the branch lead and supervisor, and is answered from inside Nuqta without logging into each listing.
Rating trends, response time, data completeness, visit discipline — per branch, region and supervisor.
For the urgent alert, instead of waiting for the morning digest.
Companies that run a network of branches, showrooms or points of sale — 10 or more — and need to know how each one stands without asking: showrooms, pharmacies, dealers, service centres.
Yes. Each branch has a channel — company, dealer or partner — and each channel has its own rules for permits, tasks and who sees its data.
With an Excel template for branches, cities, people and assignments. You upload the file, and any row with a problem comes back with its reason to fix.
No. It runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen; photos and counts work offline.
By role and branches. Roles and permissions are configurable; rent and financials are seen only by those allowed.
The map runs on Google Maps today; branch reviews and replying to them from the platform are coming soon.
With a code sent to their mobile or email, after whoever manages people invites them. Nobody signs themselves up.
